BeGrate (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share
information when you use the BeGrate mobile application (“App”). If you have questions, contact us at

1. What BeGrate is
BeGrate is a gratitude and journaling app. You can record daily entries, streaks, and related content. Some
features may work offline; others may use our servers or third-party services described below.
2. Information we collect

Journal and app content you enter. Text and related data you save in the App (for example,
gratitude entries). Depending on your device and settings, parts of this may be stored on your device and, if
you use cloud features, processed by our backend provider (see Supabase below).

Account and identifiers. We may create or use an anonymous or authenticated identifier so
the App can sync data securely and enforce access rules on our systems.

Device and app diagnostics. Technical information such as app version, device type, and crash
or error reports to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Product analytics (optional). If enabled in our build, aggregated usage events may be sent to
our analytics provider to understand how features are used. We configure analytics to avoid unnecessary
collection.

Purchases. If you subscribe or make in-app purchases, Apple and/or Google process payment
data. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements; RevenueCat receives purchase-related identifiers and
subscription status as needed to unlock features.

Locale and preferences. Settings you choose in the App (for example, language or appearance)
may be stored on your device or synced with our services where applicable.

Notifications. If you enable reminders, the operating system may schedule local
notifications; we do not need to read your journal content to deliver a generic reminder.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- To secure accounts and data (including access control on our servers).
- To process purchases and restore entitlements.
- To diagnose crashes and errors.
- To comply with law or protect rights and safety where required.
4. Third-party services
We rely on service providers who process data on our behalf. These may include:

Supabase — authentication and/or database hosting for app data, subject to their terms and
privacy policy.

RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management;
RevenueCat privacy.

PostHog — product analytics when enabled;
PostHog privacy.

Sentry — error and performance monitoring when enabled;
Sentry privacy.

Apple App Store / Google Play — platform, payments, and device-level privacy controls as
described in their policies.
We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling lists to advertisers. We may
share data with processors as needed to run the App, or when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
You may be able to delete certain data from within the App where we offer that option; contact us if you need
help with deletion of account-associated data on our systems.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage
is completely secure.
7. Children
BeGrate is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate
steps.
8. International users
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that
data may be transferred as described in this policy and in our providers’ documentation.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your
personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact
begrate@vladi.tech to make a request. We may need to verify your identity
before responding.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last
updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
